Accuracy of Traffic Dashboard

How can I dig in to the accuracy of the Traffic Dashboard. Today I called my broadband provider to find out why I was being charged with overages. They are claiming that I am using more than I am seeing in the report. For example From 12:00AM 5-1-19 through about 30 minutes ago, they show I have used 30.6GB but I only see 16.55 GB in the firewall. How can I get more info on this and contest this with the provider?

    while this will show you values on a daily basis for a minimum of a 1 week period I am not convinced of their accuracy when compared to my daily reports. which are just plain confusing when reviewing data totals.

    GUI - > Network -> WAN link manager -> click on the little square to the right of the link.
