API query - pulling info on REDs

I know how to use the API to pull configuration information from the RED devices, but I'd like to pull the status.  Particularly, I'd like tp pull the ONLINE/OFFLINE and IP info from the Control Center.  I attached a screenshot of the info I need.

If anyone has any info on how this can be accessed I'd love to hear it.  Thanks.
