I've configured a hotspot to our guest users, but the reports seems doesn't work. I'cant find voucher navigation logs in any report, just through ip address make its unusable.
The entrance/reception register user name, date, id or passport with the voucher created in your servicedesk system.
Our managers are woried about legislation in Brazil that makes the companies responsible about eventual problems related to Internet access if the users can't be identified.
I've tried to use guest users through captive portal but its really bad to use. Every time that a cellphone/laptop standby is needed to relogin and is not possible to create a guest user from an user portal.
Could someone please help me?
