STAS not showing all users in live users

I deployed STAS two days ago for a client and i realized that not all users are showing in Live users.i have just 14 users showing and they have more than that in the environment.I followed the steps in this link to deploy it https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/123156.Kindly help me out.Below is the screenshot of the 14 users:

Did you deploy the WMI Logoff detection GPO?

You have to select the proper GPO.

To verify you have to execute this WMIc Command from DC to connect to the node (Client IP).
