STAS not showing all users in live users

I deployed STAS two days ago for a client and i realized that not all users are showing in Live users.i have just 14 users showing and they have more than that in the environment.I followed the steps in this link to deploy it https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/123156.Kindly help me out.Below is the screenshot of the 14 users:

Did you deploy the WMI Logoff detection GPO?

I did not configure WMI logoff detection GPO.I only followed the steps in the link i sent earlier.I'm presently configuring the GPO to the Dc i installed the STAS agent.What will happen after am done with this?
