Stuck Sophos xg 105

Dear,

I have a Sophos xg 105, works normally, but sometimes all services stop and unreachable between XG and devices(PC's and serverd), and cant access internet.
when restart sophos xg, everything working after restart xg.

This is a hardware problem or what?
