white listing of email domains from which my LAN users can send and receive mails

Question

We want to block all incoming and outgoing emails except my own domain and some well known domains. we have a Sophos XG firewall with email subscription but we do not know how to do this. If this is possible please help us.

 Unfortunately, it's not currently possible to deny all incoming and create exceptions for certain domains, the XG works the opposite way (allow all - create a blocklist for certain domains). 
 I'd advise creating your suggestion on our Sophos Ideas page for visibility to our Product Team.
