SOPHOS is rejected Gmail Email, Can you help me?

Hi all

Recently I Installed SOPHOS XG 135 for one of my client , when user tries to send their scans to Gmail account the Firewall is block the email.as you can see in pictures 1

I Although created exception policy for email to not scan email , but still the Email that send by printer is rejected

any body has this issue and problem ? can any body help me ?

Hello. I cannot help you much, but it would help if you tell which version of XG your are using.

We already know your hardware appliance is XG135. What is your XG SFOS version 16.x.x , 17.x.x ??

You created a Exception for Recipient but the mail is send by GMail.

This should be switched.
