SOPHOS is rejected Gmail Email, Can you help me?

Hi all

Recently I Installed SOPHOS XG 135 for one of my client , when user tries to send their scans to Gmail account the Firewall is block the email.as you can see in pictures 1

 I Although created exception policy for email to not scan email , but still the Email that send by printer is rejected 

 

 

any body has this issue and problem ? can any body help me ?

    Hi,

    are you using web and application filtering? If you are you will need to add gmail to the application filter list as allowed.
