WAN setup not working

I have been running the home UTM for 5 years. I am now trying to get my XG Firewall installed and running.

I have it installed and during the process it was not making the connection to my WAN link. I have Comcast cable and it is not establishing the connection to the internet using "DHCP" setting for the wan link.

They UTM used a connection type of "Ethernet" and it works fine.

What do I need to do in the XG?

Strange. There is no DHCP IP from the provider at all.

Did you verify this via dump?

What is going on, if you are dumping this traffic on this interface.https://community.sophos.com/products/community-chat/f/knowledge-base-article-suggestions/105811/how-to-tcpdump-on-xg

Do you see some DHCP request by Xg without replies?

Did you try to open the NETWORK tab -> edit then save it.

As there is no IP provided by ISP (as I can see in the screenshot), this might be an issue with your modem/router configuration.

Can you please post your router configuration. If you ISP have call support, then call them to seek help.
