error when updating firmware and patterns in Sophos Xg SFV4C6

Hi,

I recently changed the version I had from ASG for the Xg SFV4C6 version virtualized in VMware, I currently have problems updating the patterns or performing the firmware update.

All this because I need to enable a VPN in some users and downloading the client I downloaded an executable that weighs 0Kb, update the firmware manually and there was no problem, but the patterns are not loading in full and I can not update manually because I can not find these update files in my tray.

 

 

 

I believe that the only explanation for this is that the Sophos patterns are not running and I checked the configuration in another device and it worked without problems.
