configure tplink ap with the xg firewall

hello

I want to configure a tplink access-point device with the xg firewall to be integrated with the lan so the users can access the internal lan and the internet both through the tplink AP ?

Hi,

it just becomes another device on your LAN. You have to manage the AP by login into it, you cannot manage it from the XG.

If you connect it to the LAN and setup the SSID then users when they connect will get an IP address.

yes I gave it a static ip and the xg gateway and the users get the ips and accessing the lan but can't access the internet

Do you have a firewall rule inplace for the IP address range to access the internet?

yes , the users can access the internet from the wired connection

Hi,

sounds like your DCHP server is not passing the gateway or the AP is blocking the gateway?
