No options from dhcp server available after sophos boot

Hi,

im running SFOS 17.5.4 MR-4-1 on an ESX and have an issue with DHCP Server after rebooting sophos VM:

1) Sophos services are started, but VMs (in my case windows) don't get a DNS Server, Gateway,Lease-Time when booting up. Windows ipconfig/all looks like

Sophos already displays this host in IPv4 lease table

dhcpd.conf:

After 10-20minutes the VM suddently have a valid ip configuration from DHCP

but still the lease-time is wrong (i use 25+ days for lease time). It's just 24hours which seems kind of default value.

After waiting another 20-30min the DHCP max_lease_time is correct:

Any idea what's happening there?
