RBL not working v17.5.4 MR-4-1.

I'm running in MTA mode with spam protection on. I have "Reject based on RBL" selected, one of the lists I'm using is dnsbl.sorbs.net. I have emails coming through from 216.245.200.87 & 88. Both of which are blacklisted on sorbs. What am I doing wrong?
