CFM Not Populating Updated Firmware

Hello all,

I am having an issue where the CFM is not populating the most updated firmware when i click "Check for Latest Firmware" in CFM under System & Monitor -> Firmware.

We have tried it from a few separate accounts and know that new firmware is available per the notifications within our local XG boxes. We need to ensure this upgrade functionality is available in CFM as well as the local XG though.

Any thoughts on what could be causing this?
