Captive portal not opening in Android mobile

We have recently Implemented new Sophos XG 230 UTM. problem is that captive portal not open in android mobiles it redirect to something like connectivitycheck.gstatic.com.

I'm having the exact same problem. I've tried disabling HTTPS on Captive Portal, and generating a new self-assigned certificate (link) and (link)

Nothing worked.
