Please share us the details for your requirement. Based on your question I would say create a firewall rule to allow the traffic. Could you please also share the network diagram? As the term internal XG firewall is not clear.

I have internal network 192.168.1.0/24 and i have a 3cx server 192.168.1.250 .

all i need to give users 3cx softphone in their mobile to make a call from 3cx but i want this option from outside the company.

so i need to create a firewall rule to allow traffic from wan to 3cx server .

Since your LAN network is NATTED behind the firewall and wishes to communicate with an internal server then you would need to configure a DNAT rule a.k.a Virtual Host.

Please follow this KB article to configure it.

what is the issue with this configuration?

port 5001 is working good but 5060 still closed

Could please please send us an enlarged image so we could check the details? Also, could you run the command in advance shell using the command # netstat -netup | grep 5060 and chek if there is any output?
