Inforced the Captive Portal on all users.

Hello,

We've just transition our firewall from cyberoam to sophos.  We have a total of 200 users on our cyberoam and I imported them to our new sophos firewall. We want to inforced the captive portal on each user for us to easily monitor them by users. I find it different compared to cyberoam so im asking any suggestion on how to do it. I found tutorials on youtube but only shows captive portal on unknown users. We want all the employees  to login to the portal before they can use the internet.

Thanks

The mechanism on the SFOS from CROS is similar. It is designed to prompt authentication request i.e. Captive Portal for unknown users. Once they authenticate the users will be verified and able to access through the firewall. The only way to bind an IP address to the user is by using Clientless Users and in Cyberoam, the captive portal will not be shown for Clientless Users as they are always remain authenticated.
