DNAT and other frustration with XG

Question

I am new to XG but not firewall or top NGFW out there. I can use some help from the community bc i cant seem to figure out. This GUI looks intuitive but things just not working for me. For my setup i have been trying to get simple port forwarding to my server and nothing works. 
 I followed this guide

 I have tried source using ANY/WAN 
 RT-AC3100 (see image) has no issue and tried Kerio control on same box with no issue. what else is needed apart from added business rule to get traffic. Do i need network rule for WAN-LAN access? 
 I have other issues like getting dhcp to work on bridge/VLAN interface, slow download large files but will save those for other thread. If i cant get NAT/port forwarding working then will move on.

 We are glad you were able to resolve your issue with DNAT by applying NAT MASQ on the buisness application rule. NNTP works on port TCP119, now you can have two options to slow down the download with NTTP protocol. 
 1) NNTP works on TCP 119, so you could create a firewall rule for that service port and apply a firewall based QOS policy using KB article . 
 2) Create a Application filter or use existing one and apply QOS on the Application signature " NNTP Protocol " by folowing this KB article .

 The IP address https://172.16.1.1 is by default a user portal which is used for users configured on the firewall and can be integrated with Active directoryif needed. For web console the address would be https://172.16.1.1:4444 . You may refer this KB article for registering a user on your firewall.
