Is there a disconnect between Sophos Central and the XG?
I just received this in the email:
What Sophos has done so far: Sophos has logged details about the event, and notified administrators.
What you need to do: XG Firewall has detected this traffic, but is not configured to block it. If you wish to block these events in future, change the policy from "Log only", to "Log and drop", under the Advanced Threat menu, on this firewall
But if I look in the XG the Advanced threat is set to Log and Drop already:
