I have also experienced some odd behavior with MR-4. Have since rolled back to MR-3.

In my case, it's the inbuilt DHCP server automatically providing an IP and Subnet Mask, but no Gateway despite one being set in the configuration. Talk about wreaking havoc on a network! On the plus side, it encouraged me to finally shorten my DHCP lease times.

Following the comments in https://community.sophos.com/products/xg-firewall/b/xg-blog/posts/sfos-17-5-mr4-released#pi864299340=2 from Aditya Patel there is a new MR4 coming on Monday (April 8). This should be used then.

My users monitor it :)  I know within minutes when the VPN falls.

Yesterday and today were stable with no interruption.

For what I know so far, main bug fix in this one is related to DHCP having problem supplying correct DNS.

I was getting them on MR3 but since going MR4 I havent had one.
