i am working Email protection setup for client which have external mail server. I want to setup SMTP proxy so i changed MX records on external mail server, so that mails go to XG FW. I can see the mails in Mail spool but they Failed to send..retry time has not reached for any host. I got configured smart host, which points back to external mail server. Yesterday some of mails were working correctly and they went to mail server, but today all mails are stuck in mail spool after trying to be send.
Anyone had this problem before or tried to set similar mail flow ?
