Bug Report: Escape characters in password for LDAP Server

Hello,

Not sure if this is the right place to post this. I may have found a bug with how Sophos XG handles saving passwords with a '\' or ':' character(s).

On a Sophos XG, navigate to Configure--Authentication--Servers--Add

When adding a server, it will allow you to type a password that contains an escape character (\ or :) and if testing from this page, without hitting save, it will show the test as successful. However once you hit save the connection to the server breaks. Opening the server and selecting Test Connection results in an invalid credentials error.

I suspect the Sophos XG is interpreting the escape character (\ or :) once the save button is selected and modifying the saved password.
