Adding Disclaimer to outgoing emails under XG 135

Thanks for reaching out! Yes, (assuming you are in MTA mode) this option is able to be configured by navigating to Email > General Settings > "Outbound Banner Settings":

Note: For banner to be appended, select Scan SMTP and Scan SMTPS under Malware scanning in the applicable Business application rules. Refer to the SFOS Help Guide - Email: General Settings

Not currently, unfortunately. I would advise creating a suggestion on our Sophos Ideas page for visibility to our product team.
