Sophos Connect Client could not be updated (17.5 MR3)

Hi folks,

when i try to configure the Sophos Connect feature i´m unable to enable it since i´m getting the error message:

 

Sophos Connect CLient could not be updated

 

What is this all about?

    I have this error as well on the latest version of Sophos XG Firewall (SFOS 17.5.9 MR-9). And the only reason I can think of is because I'm running the firewall as a transparent bridge.


    I don't appear to have an issue at least configuring SSL VPN  - I've not tried to connect yet since I have a different firewall out in front at the moment.
