Icons broken/missing on Firewall config page

The icons on the Firewall page are suddenly broken. Any suggestions?

Same here, but only on one client deployment ( XG 135 rev.3 ). Strange ... managing multiple boxes for clients, and only one have problem.

I've figured out that that the latest Google Chrome version seems to cause this issue. When using Firefox, everything looks OK, so it seems to be a "browser" problem.
