Bugs

Hey,

Just ditched my UTM 9 and moved to the XG - it's fantastic. Its really is. I've added a feature request to bring OpenDNS to this appliance. Anyway, I have two issues at the moment.

1) The dashboard tells me the WAN connection is down - but it isn't and is working just fine.

2) I created a Sophos Cloud (Home) account in a browser but I can't seem to enable the feature in XG against this account. Not sure if this is a bug or Home limitation.

  • I have the same issue with enabling the Cloud home account+XG integration. I enter my user name and password and try to register in the Security heartbeat tab and I get a message that the username or password is bad. I then go to the Sophos cloud (Home) and sign in without any issue, so I know it is not my email or password that is wrong.
