Problems with VLAN interface not work

Hello,

I have a problem right now where I can't solve myself.
My XG firewall 17.5.3 runs as VMWare on an ESXi.
I AP of UniFi with Office LAN 192.168.4.xxx and Guest LAN with VLAN 200 both runs over one cable, that goes on a swizch where all VLAN are let through.
On my XG firewall on port 3 is the LAN 192.168.4.1 with DHCP and the VLAN 200 with the LAN 192.168.200.1 also with DHCP address. My Office Clients get an address from DHCP Server but my guests don't. If I also have a fixed IP address in the guest LAN, I will not be able to access the Internet. Can anyone help me?

  • Gi,

I cannot read your attached screenshots even when magnified many times.

How does your AP work with VLANs? I suspect you will have to tag the VLAN in the AP for your guest SSID to provide addressing.
