Email Protection configuration

Hello good people, my name is Sarah. can you tell me the step to follow when we  configure email protection in a network

with no   exchange mail server, which means email hosted on cloud. Thanks!

  • Hi Sarah,

    you will need to deploy the XG CA to all staff devices.

    Use a mail business rule that will cover map/s pop3/s and smtp/s scanning. You can tighten the rule by only allowing mail to and from your cloud provider with an FQDN destination network.

    you mean for this configuration on map/s pop3/s  I should deploy XG CA to all staff devices, there is no alternative ?

    if you want to use smtps, imaps and pop3s scanning yes and use the XG Business mail rule.
