SFOS 17.5.3 MR-3 - cannot download SSL VPN client and configuration

Dear All,

we are just migrated from Cyberoam CR50ia to Sophos XG 135. When we click on SSL VPN to download client and configuration. It doesn't have anything prompt to download.
We upgraded firmware to SFOS 17.5.3 MR-3, the problem still persist. Please help!

Please verify your current Default Certificate under Certificates - CA.

Every entry should be covered plus do not use any Umlaut in those fields.
