How do you make clientless Access (clientless vpn) reachable from internet?

I've got a clientless access object created and assigned it a bookmark however when I try to access the portal externally I just get a time out. do I need to create an access or business application rule for it? I couldn't find anything in documentation indicating if it was required though.

    Hi,

     

    port 8443 is used by SSLVPN. To use ClientlessAccess your user has to logon to UserPortal.

    To be able to access UserPortal via WAN connection, this kind of device access has to be configured.

    In SFOS this can be done by checking UserPortal for WAN in  "Administraion / Device Access".
