how to allow web mail attachment

Question

how to allow webmail attachment 
 
 for a specific group of IPs, I have blocked everything but web-mail 
 
 after a lot of investigation, now users can access their emails but can't download any of the attachments. 
 
 the below screenshots show the configurations that I have added to the XG firewall. 
 
 any idea how to solve this ??? 
 
 Note by checking the logs found one drop as shown.

Hello, 
 
 All Types of attachment 
 and the solution was surprising 
 it is solved when I allowed the application category "Finance" 
 
 now all is working good :)
