firewall keeps giving Website not available

for sometime now my sophos XG135 has been working fine until yesterday when it started blocking website that do not have https:// to begin with. prior to yesterday everything was working fine

anytime i visit a site without the https:// beginning it tells me Website not available

kindly help me to resolve this urgently as it is affecting my work.

Hi,

I doubt this is an XG issue, but a software update for your browser, that is not working correctly.

hello lan,

it has to do with the firewall rule and web policy, and also i cant do updates from the play store,but i just cant figure it out

any advice is appreciated

Hi Bene,

open logviewer at the web page then try to open one of the offending sites and see what he logviewer reports as to failure reason?

Hi Bene,

those are screen shots from the PC and you need to review the reasons why the access is being rejected.

You did not post any details from the XG logviewer, without them and expanding the failing reasons it is very difficult to provide any diagnostic help.

Hi Bene,

thank you for posting the logviewer firewall report, I di ask for the logviewer web report and also the expanded reasons from the PC screenshot which have more details as to reject reason
