Problem downloading Samsung updates

These just sit and never progress. Heres what I see in the logs

    Hey  

    Did you have HTTPS or HTTP scanning enabled for your firewall rule? This could be causing an issue with the download.

    To test, try creating a separate allow firewall rule for your Samsung device (LAN - 192.168.2.108 > WAN - Any) without scanning or filtering enabled. You could also create a web exception by excluding all the destination domains/IP's that the Samsung device reaches out to grab updates.
