IPSEC Unable to establish connection

Hi There

 

I have configured two SOPHOS XG devices (XG210) AND SET UP the IPSec tunnels.

 

However, on attempt to connect, it keeps saying "IPSec connection could not be established"

I have checked out all the ISPs and it still keeps bringing the same error.

Two SOPHOS devices.

Please I need some serious support.

    For immediate support related to critical issues, we would always advise contacting into our support hotline.

    Regarding methods for you to further investigate:

    • Have you verified and confirmed that the IPsec policies are matching (Phase 1/2, Local/Remote Networks, DPD, etc.)
    • Check your IPsec logs (charon.log and strongswan.log)
      • First make sure debugging is enabled by inputting "service strongswan:debug -ds nosync" in the advanced shell
        • (disable afterwards by using the same command. View status of services via "service -S")
