cannot connect web console sophos with ipsec connection

hello i have two sophos xg utm and connected with ipsec site to site but cannot connect web console sophos with this vpn firewall rule and device access is configured And ping test replyed TTL 
 please help me

This is a known "bug" in SFOS. You can talk to the Sophos Support, as far as i know, there is a workaround. 
 Maybe you could use Sophos Central Management as a workaround to get access to the Webadmin?
