Custom Voucher Template

Hi,

my xg is XG 210 17.5 mr1.

Have anyone used custom template for voucher? i followed questa guida but i don't understand from wich application e wich font i have to use.

I try word, power point but when i print the voucher is blanck. Only qr-code.
