Voice Issue with PBX Avaya

Hello I have a PBX Avaya in the office central and in the local network everything works fine, but in the other office the voice is losing, the phones registration its ok, I can Make calls and phones ring but when the remote person answered i cant hear you and he cant hear me.

 

The voice is trough a ipsec tunnel between 2 cyberoam with SFOS 17.5.3 firmware, the tunnel have this policy.

 

IKEV1

Pass data in compressed format 

Keylife: 5400

Rekey margin 360

Randomize Keying margin by 50

DH group 5

AES128     SHA1

 

PHASE 2

DH GROUP 5

Keylife 3600

AES128    SHA1

 

by the way the IPS is not active, in the firewall rules I dont have restrictions, for testing I have rules with any any.
