Apologies for the confusion and inconvenience,
The instructions outline to use the command "reboot" however the screenshot attached in the article refers to using "init 6". I've sent a request to our KBA team to update this accordingly.
You may experience a longer than usual reboot process as a result (init 6 vs reboot).

I saw too late that the command to use was "reboot" but "init 6" was only in the screenshot...
The AP55 is still offline since this morning, even with a manual reboot from the POE injector.
I guess the AP55 is now broken with the "init 6" command...
I opened a support case because since this morning my custommer cannot connect to the WIFI...

Apologies for this inconvenience, the device should not be broken as a result. A reboot through disconnecting and reconnecting the PoE cable was enough to bring my AP55 back online after testing with this incorrect command.
Please share your support case ID with me so that I can follow up accordingly.

Here is the case ID: 8683409
I will try a gain tomorrow to unplug and replug the poe cable to see if it will bring it back, but I already did it today and nothing happened.
