Email Mail Logs not showing any records - stopped working

Hi, The email mail logs section is no longer reporting any records of mail that has gone through the system. I can see mail in the mail spool and mail is still flowing in and out but the records do not show any info. Can someone please assist me with this issue. I have upgraded the firmware to the latest and rebooted but that has not resolved the issue.

Hi,

first thing, have you logged a support case with Sophos?

Two, what mode is your XG mail using?

Hi

Thanks for the quick response. No i haven't logged a support case yet. I was hoping to resolve this here but if I need to log a support case I will as we have the support maintenance to do so.

The XG is set to MTA mode.
