Amyy admin - unable to connect

Hi, 
 
 We are unable to connect Amyy admin. when we run it getting an error 403 http error. Can anybody help me ?

Hello NEWAGE, 
 It does seem that the URL would need to bypassed in HTTPS inspection check and would need to add category "IP Address" as well. 
 You can check the sites it does connect to using the log viewer and add these URLs in XG web exceptions. 
 Please refer our KBA and add the category IPADDRESS as well.

Hello 
 You can write a firewall rule "from lan to wan" and "from any network to FQDN Host *.ammyy.com" with "none" policies. Also you can use Application filter with HTTPS Decryption.
