how can i block this kind of web site youtubeproxy.win. . . i already create a blacklist URL and also deny all proxy categories in web and application but it didn't works.

Hello 
 It's an https website and you can use https decryption to block these type of websites. Also you need to install Security Appliance Certificate to all your clients to achive this. Most of Applications and websites using https and you need to decrypt https packets for better protection.
