If the email code is GB2312, it will often be garbled, and the email title will also be garbled. After many tests, this situation will be caused by MTA mode.

I have the same issue. Told it is BUG: NC-40131 and will be fixed in MR4. Issue related to anti-virus scanning and MIME

We are getting this issue also. Lots's of lost emails. This is a another huge fail from Sophos. Support calls have been fruitless.

I agree with you that this is a very serious problem and should be solved immediately rather than waiting for a later version
