Block local IP with too much tcp requests

Hello all !

One of the clients in the local (or VPN) network from time to time starts to do about 300 TCP requests to an external (—>WAN) https site. At this point the server blocks the whole IP.

Is there a way to block and isolate this client?

Kindly greetings

    UDP - Source 5000
