New to XG 85. User portal not always logging in

After evaluating an XG via an ISO on a PC & multiple NICs with no problems we bought an XG85 appliance which arrived yesterday.

Why can't users always log into the user portal? The portal page loads as if it is letting them in and they are then sent back to the login page.

At first I thought there was a delay/lag between creating a new 'local' user so that they could download the SSL VPN s/w and them being allowed to login, but then I found that an existing local account could not login either. We had to reboot the XG.

 

This cannot be normal surely.

    I am putting it down to a sh!tty ADSL connection that we are using to test this unit. There are no firewalls in front of it, and the issue occurs over the WAN only and it will happen with only the one user connected. I will move it over to a spare FTTC line later today and see if it improves matters!
