Sophos XG on Azure: Accelerated Networking?

Good evening,

We've deployed a Sophos XG on Azure, and I'd like to enable "accelerated networking" for the appliance, as described here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/maximize-your-vm-s-performance-with-accelerated-networking-now-generally-available-for-both-windows-and-linux/

However, I can't find anything about this being supported or not? Does anybody have any experience? Any official statement from Sophos?
