So, I have a support contract, and want to create a support request. After filling in the form I get this error:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "secure2.sophos.com/.../describe-issue.aspx" on this server.

Tried to use the live chat to report the problem, but the person told me they couldn't help me and I should clear the cache of my browser (didn't solve it btw).
I hope someone at Sophos reads this and takes action...
