Sophos no longer accepts supports requests :-/

So, I have a support contract, and want to create a support request. After filling in the form I get this error:

 

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "secure2.sophos.com/.../describe-issue.aspx" on this server.

Tried to use the live chat to report the problem, but the person told me they couldn't help me and I should clear the cache of my browser (didn't solve it btw).

I hope someone at Sophos reads this and takes action...

    Apologies for this inconvenience, I just attempted to visit the website and was able to successfully raise a support ticket.

    Did you have any browser extensions enabled? Sometimes these may cause issues. Please try with a different web browser and see if this issue still occurs.
