Static IP Mapping DHCP on RED interface

It would be nice to be able to implement also for red interfaces the ability to setup Static IP Mapping...

in SFOS 17.5 below DHCP settings for:

Normal Interface:

 

Red Interface:

    Thanks for reaching out and apologies for this inconvenience.

    However, in the meantime there is a workaround that you can implement.

    • Disable/delete the default RED DHCP server that was automatically created when you created the RED interface.
    • Create a new DHCP server and assign it to the RED interface
    • Configure as usual, you should now be able to assign a static IP MAC mapping

    I will reach out to our KB team to get this information documented in our existing RED KB article.
