OSPF with multiple links and multiple networks

Hi,

I have 2 sites - A and B (each equiped with Sophos XG and all networks terminated on those devices). In site A I have network AN1, AN2, AN3, in site B I have network BN1, BN2. Between sites I have direct links L1 and L2. Each site has its own internet connection AI1 and AI2. Now I need to configure following logic:

if AN1 needs to talk to BN1 it has to go through L1 (failback to L2)

if AN2 needs to talk to BN1 it has to go through L2 (failback to L1)

if BN1 needs to talk to AN1,AN3 it has to go through L1 (failback to L2)

if BN2 needs to talk to AN1,AN3 it has to go through L2 (failback to L1)

if BN3 needs to talk to some specific internet sites it has to go through L2(failback to L1) so it can use AI1

I know I can configure this using firewall rules with multiple gateways but I was wondering if same thing can be configured using OSPF with multiple areas and virtual link (in future number of networks will grow so I am looking for some solution where things can be easily added)
