SOPHOS FIREWALL XG "Busy workers" user login services

In the morning we realized that you can not enter the administration console of SOPHOS FIREWALL XG (XG550 (SFOS 17.1.3 MR-3), the cause of this is for the following reasons, start to enter PuTTY and see the processes I found that these were delayed:

Busy workers:
C_FLAG: 1-DB_CONTROL, 2-NO_WAIT
R_FLAG: 1-DEBUG, 2-NO_SYNC
PID OPCODE NAME C_FLAG R_FLAG EXEC_TIME

These services are what make the network users, already assigned to a specific active directory group, go through a web policy and a specific firewall rule, handling more than 3000 internal clients; and I want to know if they have requested it alone or with SOPHOS staff.

Try to kill the processes, restart the authentication service but this does not work.

Has someone happened to you?

How have they solved it?
